El ser humano tiene un Banco de Archivos impresionante con momentos tristes, trágicos, dolorosos, de queja, victimismo y más, a los cuales recurre muchas veces para recordar esos episodios tan dolorosos en su vida y lo único que logra es intensificarlos. Hace un tiempo leí que el ser humano es adicto al sufrimiento y lo recrea con las elecciones de archivos que selecciona de su maravillosa mente, y que también podría elegir cambiarlos. Para ello, necesita llevar un Banco de Archivos de sus momentos de Felicidad, Alegría, Gratitud, Amor, Paz...y de todos aquellos donde estuvo en presencia y plenitud. Y qué tal si empezaras a llevar un Registro de tu Felicidad?
